Product returns

Withdrawal

If for any reason you wish to return one of the products you bought you have the opportunity to do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value and refund following the following instructions: According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994 ) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by proof of sale / invoice. In any case, the shipment should be made by courier and not by mail. Return costs are borne by the customer. In case the shipping that will be requested exceeds our charge you can use our code to be charged the smallest possible amount. In this case you should contact the customer service department of the store at 2310218580 for immediate settlement. Returns are accepted only when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, ie it has not been unsealed or its packaging has been tampered with and is accompanied by the retail receipt. We reserve the right before returning the product to ask the customer to photograph it and send it to us by email so that it exists as a document before sending it. For this reason, when delivering the order, it is good to check the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong content, etc.).

Your refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the product and only if it is in the original condition according to the terms noted above. The refund is made with the same method as the purchase, ie (from card to card, from bank and cash on delivery with bank)

Our company states that the sender is solely responsible for the packaging of the shipments.

Return where the original packaging of the product is damaged due to the customer’s negligence (eg insulating tape on the product or packaging – without additional coverage, etc.) will not be accepted and the customer will have to bear the shipping costs in order to take it back.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

β) Upon receipt of the product – You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.

Defective Products and Warranty

If you find the product you received has a defect or lack of a component you can inform us either by phone at 2310903313 or by email at savanastasiadis@hotmail.gr to solve the problem.

The procedures to be followed are:

Send the product to our store with a suitable package for the protection of the product and the necessary copy of the purchase receipt or invoice, with a courier company cooperating with us only.

The product is sent by us to the respective authorized service or to the manufacturer for technical inspection and official report of the fault, since Justlamps does not have a technical department that can certify the inability of the device to operate. The duration of a technical inspection depends exclusively on the respective technical department, our store is not responsible for any delay or obstruction.

If it is determined by the official service that the damage is due to a construction problem and not the fault of the user and is not repaired, we proceed to replace the product at our own expense or refund your money within 14 days.

Cases of invalid guarantee:

If the product has not been purchased from Justlamps or the unique serial number of the product does not conform to that of the legal document issued.

If the product warranty has expired

If the respective technical department decides that the fault of the product is the fault of the consumer. In these cases the cost of transport to and from the customer is borne by him.

If the device is not accompanied by its box and its accessories.

Justlamps has all the obligations under the Civil Code for the seller.
